Equipping cohorts to succeed
As the world dramatically transforms, we work across the spectrum in a pursuit to equip cohorts, whether students or working professionals, with the skills, understanding and tools to succeed in this world. Imaginations are soaring and new generations have a different set of opportunities – as well as challenges. Our endeavour through this effort is to bridge gaps in the diverse ecosystem of stakeholders that makes up this new world.
We have worked with partners to support adoption of Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. Industrial Training Institutes are postsecondary schools in India constituted under Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGET), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Union Government to provide training in various trades. In a rapidly changing world, technical education is witnessing a growth ~ with stakeholders coming together to equip the generation entering the workforce with the right skills to succeed. Our effort has been in contributing to the vision of enhancing technical manpower in appropriate numbers with adequate skills, meeting requirements in industries and service sectors.
Our approach to supporting education initiatives, especially for girls goes beyond getting them into schools. Our focus is towards ensuring that future generations are equipped with the knowledge and skills to navigate a changing world and contribute to their communities. In furtherance of our endeavors to ensure education for all, we support the education of several students in need at the primary level of education. Additionally, we regularly make contributions of books, stationary, toys, clothes and medicines to Palna (an orphanage under the DCCW), Home of the Missionaries of Charity, and several schools in Delhi NCR. Our endeavor is grow these efforts to provide the opportunity for our future generations to compete on a global scale, lifting their households and countries
